We work closely with city councils and Business Improvement Districts to create public events and place-based programmes that animate locations, drive footfall and build lasting, positive connections between people and place. Our work is designed not only to activate spaces in the moment, but to contribute to long-term change- supporting town and city centre strategies by encouraging repeat visits, boosting local businesses and strengthening identity and civic pride.
We take a collaborative approach with local authorities and stakeholders, navigating public realm and compliance requirements to deliver projects responsibly. Through meaningful, community-led engagement and free-to-access public events, our work creates positive narratives and shifts perceptions of place, supporting the repositioning of town centres as destinations to visit, enjoy and return to throughout the year, and leaving a lasting legacy.
