Performance Delivery Coordinator
Overview:
Bakehouse Factory is a Bristol-based event production company delivering bold, imaginative and high-impact live experiences across the UK and beyond. With a wide and diverse roster of performers, creatives and production specialists, we bring concepts to life, from initial creative development through to seamless on-site delivery.

The Role:
We are looking for an extremely organised, proactive and enthusiastic Performance Delivery Coordinator to join our team, working closely alongside our Head of Performance.
This role is needed to ensure the smooth and professional delivery of our performance-based projects; from the moment an event is proposed to booked, through to successful on-site delivery.
You will sit at the heart of the performance department, coordinating logistics, communication and documentation, and ensuring that every detail is in place for both clients and performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Performance Department with general administrative tasks: calls, emails, updating files and managing the performer department phone
- Updating our catalogue of “ready-made” events into our new format
- Sourcing and compiling images, to support the Head of Department with client proposals
- Managing and maintaining our performer platforms: (Liveforce) & casting sheets (Excel)
- Utilising our software and platform systems for duties including: casting & booking performers, setting up job boards & communication channels for event teams
- Coordinating performer communications in the lead-up to events
- Being on-call for performers during live events (outside of office hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends)
- Drafting and issuing contracts; ensuring signed copies are returned and filed in a timely way
- Project management and delivery of performance-based projects including:Creating, compiling and distributing event manuals for clients and performers
- Liaising with clients to ensure clear and professional communication
- Supporting event delivery; ordering products (crafts, giveaways and event materials)
- Working with internal project management systems (training provided)
- Costume & props liaison & support (working closely with costume/production teams & external suppliers to compile lists, and doing the packing when required)
- Organising couriers to ensure costumes, props & materials arrive on site in a timely manner
- Being on-call for project management during live event times (rota’ed)
Key Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (particularly email)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective and proactive time management
- Highly efficient and proactive working style
- Comfortable working independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to the ebb and flow of the events industry
- Strong administrative capability
- Quick to learn new systems and internal processes
- Competent using digital systems and databases
Desirable:
- Experience in event production, performance coordination or artist liaison
- Experience working with performers or creative professionals
- Familiarity with casting platforms such as Liveforce
- Understanding of contracts and booking processes
- Experience in logistics coordination (couriers, stock ordering, etc.)

Contract Details
Start: Immediate
End: December 2026
Hours: 16-24 hours per week (contract min. 16)
Rate: £140 per day
Location: Bristol-based at our offices in Brislington (with some working from home on-call responsibilities during live events)
Contract: Fixed-term (with potential for extension depending on company and departmental development)

Interview process
We will review applicants letters and CV’s and invite selected applicants to an online interview. This will be for an informal chat and successful candidates will be invited to an in person interview.
At the second interview there will be a practice, role specific task which will be shared in advance, and any access requirements put in place to support applicants be at their best
