Colston Hall Tours

To celebrate the 150^th Anniversary of Bristol’s premier music venue, Colston Hall, we were asked to tell the story of the hall’s heritage – Bakehouse style. We always want audiences to immerse themselves in the story and actually become part of it, so we devised theatrical tours that delved under the skin of the place and created a unique and memorable experience. Our expert tour guide took groups of visitors backstage to the dressing rooms, into the cellars and onto the stage.  Along the way, our groups met a Roadie with lots of (ahem) colourful backstage goss, a jazz saxophonist, a suffragette, an 80’s wrestling promoter and even …gulp…a ghostly monk! Visitors loved getting stuck in with a game of thumb war and seeing the venue as they had never seen it before.
